It's all about finding the right balance between them being click-baity enough for people to click, but not too click-baity to make them disappointed with the video. Let's say they expected a car crash and it was just a tiny scratch on some car's door or something - that would be a disappointment.
Other than that it makes sense to make them personal and relatable whenever you can. Also if you're doing travel videos, you can think about the title's potential SEO value.
Let's say your video might not go viral, BUT if it's something a lot of people search for, it might receive thousands of views per month just from the search engines and ultimately achieve hundreds of thousands in a couple of years, which helps grow your channel long-term.
