It depends on whether I am busy with campaign strategy/creation or I just have to monitor and optimize. When on-boarding a new client and designing the campaign strategy, I often work 10-hour days. In contrast, during the optimization phase, I only work 1-2 hours per day per client just to make sure that everything runs smoothly and that the results will continue to look good down the road.
I actually believe that it's possible to scale your income while working less. When specializing on a specific niche, the larger campaign strategies often remain more or less the same which means that your time input over time will reduce as you gain more experience.
If you focus on creating long-lasting relationships with clients, these people will often become more open to raising your rates as the results you provide them increase as well.
