Do you need to setup a company for every digital business idea you start implementing?

Answered by Larissa Bodniowycz, remote lawyer, asked by Radvilė Jočytė, journalist

The answer to this depends on the situation including the business' goals and country where it operates. For example, real estate companies that own multiple properties often hold each property in a different company (often an LLC) to help prevent a financial loss related to one property from affecting the other properties. It helps mitigate risk.
