A good thing I learned from my friend Adomas Baltagalvis (we've done an interesting interview with him here: https://www.benomad.co/stories/digital-marketer-makes-6-digits-traveling-world/) is that one of the best ways to build credibility and trust is to give away as much incredibly helpful information for FREE as you can.
You want people to be reading/watching your stuff to think: "WOW! This guy has already given me SO MUCH awesome stuff without charging me a penny. He's an absolute legend!"
Sometimes it makes sense to give away most of what you know and to only charge for that additional 10% that you haven't given away yet, or even if you give away most of what you know, most people will not want to sit down and do the actual work (like keyword research, ads optimization, etc.), so they'll still end up hiring you while being grateful about everything you've already taught them for free.
