How do you get rid of the fear that people will screw you over when first hiring people in an online business?

Answered by Jacob Laukaitis, marketer

There are definitely a lot of people on the Internet who are trying to scam others, but not as many as we might tend to think.

When hiring someone for your online business, it's best if you either agree on paying them for specific results that they have achieved (let's say you price one 500 word-long article at $15. You should only pay when the article is written, not before), or have some sort of a test period during which you test out that person's services and you only start paying them once you're sure that they're the right fit.
