How do you grow yourself?

I became really serious about personal development in late 2017 and early 2018 so I decided to build myself a routine that I would follow every day and it has completely transformed my life. Here are the 5 things I try to do every day:

  • Turn off my phone at 10-11 PM and only turn it back on once I'm done with my morning routine;
  • Wake up at 7 AM (you guys might remember it was 6 AM initially, but it wasn't too practical, so I changed it to 7 AM later on);
  • Meditate for at least 30 minutes;
  • Read books or listen to audio books for at least 30 minutes (I think my average is more like 45 minutes, but I try to do at least 30 minutes per day);
  • Do a proper exercise (generally it lasts from 45 minutes to 2 hours, usually around 60-75 minutes).

I feel like I've grown more in the first 4 months of 2018 than in many years before that. Definitely try to implement a relatively strict routine in your life. It just might be the best thing ever for you too.
