What are some challenges that digital nomads face while traveling and working?

A couple of the ones I often come across are:

• not being able to find good internet
• getting distracted

When there's heaps going on and you're in a new place it can be very tempting to not work and just go have fun! Combine that with being in a new place and not being able to find reliable internet, and you can easily miss out on being as productive as you otherwise would have been.
