So many things. First off I MAKE TIME to do things that light me up and make me happy which pretty much involves being outside in nature, wherever possible, being active, playing sports, hiking, swimming etc, playing with my dogs, doing handstands. I also love quality time with dear friends and fascinating discussions.
Obviously travel but also reading a great book, going to art shows, theatres and the movies. Basically being present in the sunshine with a great outlook is my version of happiness, with my loved ones!
