What's your usual daily work and life schedule?

Answered by Julia Shem, entrepreneur

Coffee with home-baked croissant in the morning. I struggle with it when I travel, not all places have good coffee and I'm seriously considering bringing my Nespresso machine on my next travels. Recently discovered Mate tea in Argentina, so might not need coffee soon at all.

I try to meditate a few times per week, it helps to re-charge and clear my head. I heard someone said that if you don't have 10 minutes for a meditation - you'll need an hour.

I like to create a list of most-important tasks for the day, it helps me to prioritize and start with most-important and the one that would take most of my brain-power.

If I'm working (which mostly happens when I'm in LA), I try to finish everything by the time the sun goes down (I often fail) and then take a walk to watch sunset on the beach - it's my favorite part of the day.

Evenings are usually spent meeting friends or dancing salsa/swing/tango.:dancer: I love learning new skills, whether it's a new language, new style of dance or new song to play and sing.
