As soon as I was able to provide consistent results for clients, I started offering referral incentives.
For example, my minimum retainer for a client starts at 1000 Euros per month. However, if that client A, refers me to another prospect B which ends up signing for another 1000 Euro contract at minimum, I will give client A a 20% discount for my current service charge.
That way, it incentives old clients to provide me with new referrals and I continuously get new business.
If client A refers me 5 new clients, I will end up taking care of his ad management for free while having signed on 5000 Euros in new business.
